Mark Sperat - Associate - E-Mail
Mark Sperat is an Associate with Brownfield Partners, LLC, a development firm specializing in the acquisition and redevelopment of environmentally impaired real estate. Mr. Sperat joined Brownfield Partners in June 2005 as a Summer Associate while attending graduate school, and began full time employment in August 2006. Mr. Sperat primarily focuses on market research, financial feasibility, and valuation of brownfield re-development projects. Additionally, Mr. Sperat is also involved in due diligence for land acquisition as well as project management for site development. Prior to joining Brownfield Partners, Mr. Sperat served in multiple roles in the technology industry including engineering and technical marketing. Mr. Sperat is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Sperat holds a M.S., Real Estate and Construction Management, M.S., Finance, University of Denver and a B.A., Geography, Virginia Tech.
