Owners Representative - Mixed-Use Development Project
Fort Collins, Colorado

• Brownfield Partners provided advisory services to a Boulder Developer on a mixed-use development downtown Fort Collins, CO. The project was constructed on a former pole treating site, causing the soils to contain Dioxins and PCBs.  The site had previously been through a Voluntary Clean-Up program (VCUP), through which it was remediated to industrial standards and obtained a No Action Determination letter. In this project Brownfield Partners interfaced between the developer and the existing environmental consultant the development of a residential mixed-use project. Brownfield Partners successfully directed further site evaluation and remediation to residential standards under an additional VCUP action, and obtained an additional No Action Determination letter on behalf of the developer.
