- Brownfield Partners is providing Owner’s Representation and Project Management services to ProLogis to facilitate the final closure of outstanding environmental matters at the former Kaiser Steel Mill property in Ontario San Bernardino County, California.
- Brownfield Partners’ services consist of management, review and oversight of the environmental contractor, regulatory interaction, and coordination of the owner/developer, environmental counsel, environmental contractor, and regulatory agencies. Environmental and development-related issues requiring Brownfield Partners’ expertise include the closure of RCRA units, capping and closure of an onsite landfill, negotiation of closure/post-closure plans and agreements, CEQA and public participation processes, and the investigation, remediation and closure of several areas of concern (AOCs).
