Owner's Representation Services - Mid Town at Clear Creek
Adams County, Colorado

  • Brownfield Partners is providing Owners Representation services to Carma Colorado, Inc. to facilitate the redevelopment of the Mid Town at Clear Creek project on a 180 acre parcel of land located just north of Denver, Colorado.  The site was previously owned by United Technologies Corporation (UTC) and was the location of a 400,000 square foot Hamilton Sundstrand manufacturing facility.  The site was undergoing environmental remediation for numerous problems including soil and groundwater contamination of various constituents.
  • Brownfield Partners services include representation to the environmental engineering firm, third party oversight of remediation process, analysis and recommendations on vapor intrusion mitigation, coordination with local and state regulatory agencies, and coordination between development planning and remediation planning.
  • When complete, Mid Town at Clear Creek will have approximately 1,200 residential units including single family, town homes, and multi-family units, along with mixed use commercial space.  Its location as an infill project will be enhanced even greater by new public transportation systems including light rail on the southern boundary and rapid bus transit directly to the north.
